Perfect location on the Upper East Side that was perfect for a few months stay! It’s right near the 6 and Q lines, so it was easy to get anywhere in the city. The apartment also has everything to make the stay easy, and we felt right at home. Would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in NYC for a few months!

Had a great stay at the apartment. The place was exactly as described. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. The neighborhood is very safe with a lot of restaurants nearby. The host was very responsive. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, AFI.

We stayed here for two months and the AFI team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They always responded quickly to our queries, and even went out of their way to help us resolve some issues with our trip that had nothing to do with the accommodation. Maintenance requests were dealt with immediately as they have a full-time handyman. I highly recommend all of their apartments.

Stayed here for 4 months to enjoy New York in the fall, and I would recommend this unit to anyone visiting. Great location. Tons of restaurants & bars, close to the subway, walk to Central Park. Building is safe with coded doors. Fully stocked kitchen. Host was very helpful!

This was truly an excellent place to stay and as advertised in the pictures and description. I spent a month here and it is very conveniently located on the Upper East Side and within a short walk of multiple subway stations that can get you anywhere else you want to go. There are so many great spots within a few blocks, but when I would venture out further into the city, this rental always provided a clean and quiet place to retreat back to. I would definitely stay here and with this host again for my next trip to NYC!

We came in for a month to run some NYC Marathon 9+1 races. This place was in the heart of everything. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again without question. Also, Centro Pizza fed us a lot. The prices via the app were amazing.

Great place, great host but make sure you are in good health to enjoy the place. Antonio was amazing in flexibility and communication. Absolutely recommend it.
